An established and prestigious company based in the Hills District are seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join their professional team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
  • Processing detailed customer orders
  • Manage installations and service issues
  • Dealing with Warranty and Service enquiries
  • Troubleshooting basic technical enquiries
  • Freight and transport liaison as required
  • Preparing training material for contractors and external parties
  • Working closely with customers and resellers
  • General administration/customer service duties

To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • High level of computer literacy (Excel, MS Word)
  • Ability to learn about a technical product
